Randal has significant experience in agriculture, growing up on a commercial cow and calf operation. His decade in customer excellence took him from Capital Farm Credit to Vice President at Crockett National Bank, focusing on financial solutions for farmers and ranchers. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Texas A&M University. In addition to managing cattle and farm credit lending, Randal worked as a hunting guide in South Texas and with game capture crews statewide.
